Shipping

We ship nationwide every week. Orders placed before our weekly cutoff are baked fresh and dispatched within 24 hours of baking. Next-day shipping is also available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our shipping rates are:

Illinois residents: $12 flat rate shipping & handling
Outside Illinois (rest of US): $15 flat rate shipping & handling
Local pickup: Free – L & G Restaurant, 7137 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60626 (Illinois customers only)
River Forest Pick up: Free – 7225 W North Ave, River Forest, IL, 60305

For Chicagoland customers, we offer Saturday pickups in Rogers Park and can coordinate Uber Package delivery. Please email or DM us on Instagram to coordinate uber delivery times.

Freshness Guarantee

Every loaf is baked fresh and shipped within 24 hours of baking. Your banana bread will stay fresh for 3 to 4 days at room temperature, up to 14 days refrigerated, and up to 90 days if frozen. We recommend freezing if you are not planning to eat it within a few days.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and email us at info@deesbananabread.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds

Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, we will always make it right if something goes wrong with your order. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.

Cancellations
